Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days so long as they are in stock. There may be delays for products on backorder due to limited availability of stock.

Orders are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, depending on the shipping time. Our goal is to get it to you as soon as possible and that determines the shipping service.

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) or size of box(es).

The ‘Shipping & Handling’ charge on the ‘Final Review of Your Order’ page can be different than the cost that will actually be charged. This happens because we cannot figure out the weight and size of your order when you initially place the order. This is why we don’t charge you for shipping and handling when you place an order, but when your order is ready to go and the weight/size is verified.

Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.

Furthermore, any shipments returned or “REFUSED” for any reason will be permanently dropped and no further shipments will be made.

– We will exchange defective (*only if the item is unused) merchandise, which must be accompanied with the invoice, within 7 days from the shipping date.

– A 30% restocking fee (not including S&H) will be charged on your credit card for any returned or refused packages.
